friendly staff available upgrades amazing view marshmallow pillows
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception spoke about available upgrades without pressure. My upgraded city view room was amazing. The bed and pillows seemed like sleeping on marshmallows.
Housekeeping missed refreshing my room one day, even with the 'refresh' sign displayed early in the morning.

satisfactory stay, some issues
peeling trim inadequate cleaning
the location was convenient for my event. the staff were friendly and professional.
we found easter egg foil wrappers and a pen lid near the children's beds. this makes me believe the room had not been adequately cleaned before our arrival. the silicone trim on our bathtub was peeling. it was dangling out of our bath ledge.
